RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To preserve the sanctity of certain dark treasures, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Decorations (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (unless defective or unopened)
  • Incense (once opened)
  • Candles (unless in original, unburned condition)
  • Gift cards and final sale items

THE RETURN PROCESS

  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our dark sanctuary at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
  5. Await Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • If you selected the exchange option, we will ship your new item once the return is processed.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items for:

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for your new item.
