All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or special events, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to deliver our dark treasures to your sanctuary:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

• Carrier: DHL or FedEx

• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

• Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping – Orders over $50

• Carrier: EMS

• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

• Basic tracking included

Please note: We do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To preserve the mystical integrity of our products, certain items cannot be returned.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the sanctity of certain dark treasures, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Decorations (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (unless defective or unopened)
  • Incense (once opened)
  • Candles (unless in original, unburned condition)
  • Gift cards and final sale items

The Return Process

2 Await Our Response
Our guardians will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3 Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
4 Ship Your Return
Send the package to our dark sanctuary at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
5 Await Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • If you selected the exchange option, we will ship your new item once the return is processed

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for:

  • The same item in a different size (subject to availability)
  • A different item of equal value
  • Store credit for future dark acquisitions

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for your new item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
